Booking and Minimums
2-hour minimum on new bookings for all session types.
Holiday and weekend sessions may incur a 15% surcharge.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the booked time.
Payment and Deliverables
Hourly charges begin at session start and are billed in 15-minute increments.
Payment due at the beginning of the session unless prior arrangements are made.
Session files delivered upon final payment; cloud delivery or USB drive available (USB drive replacement cost applies if requested).
